It is important to treat your Garrard rental jewellery with care throughout the time it is in your possession. Do not bend or pull your jewellery when it is being worn, or wear your rental jewellery in saunas, showers, swimming pools or hot tubs.
Please also ensure that your Garrard rental jewellery is not exposed to household bleach and chemicals, including perfume, hairspray, cosmetics and lotion, and extreme temperatures, which may damage the metal and gemstones.
We also ask that you protect jewels from coming into contact with hard or abrasive surfaces, which can cause gemstones and hardstones to chip or erode and can scratch the metal.
As soon as you have finished wearing your Garrard jewellery, immediately return pieces to their original boxes to ensure they don’t get damaged after the event.
